Justice-Peace-Integrity of Creation (JPIC)

Justice-Peace-Integrity of Creation (JPIC) promotes a spirituality that leads us as individuals and as church to celebrate life, act on behalf of justice and peace within the integrity of creation, and participate in the transformation of the world. Not only personal change is promoted but also structural change that will better defend, promote, and enhance life and allow the Kingdom of God to become more of a reality in our lives and in our world. Our sale of Fair Trade coffees, teas, and chocolates not only help the producers of these products but all profit is contributed to the support of the Parish Twinning ministry. Call the parish office for more information.

Family Promise of Greater Johnson City

Family Promise of Greater Johnson City is an established network of churches and community agencies responding to the needs of homeless families with children. In particular, this response provides an opportunity for homeless families to remain together as a family while addressing the challenges that confront them in obtaining housing. These families receive counseling, services, and opportunities on issues related to each family’s specific needs. An organized coalition of local churches provides temporary food and shelter for families involved in the program. Call the parish office for more information.
