The Diocese of Knoxville is seeking a Software Implementation Coordinator as the primary guide, partner, and champion for parishes transitioning to Ministry Platform. This role will build relationships, understand unique ministry goals, and guide parish staff through operational changes. The Software Implementation Coordinator will be a trusted advisor, helping ministries leverage technology to better shepherd their congregations and streamline daily operations. The role ensures delivery of a seamless experience for staff and users.
